The last eleven kilometers to Desert Nights Resort are unpaved. By the time you arrive, you are welcomed with cold towels, fresh dates, and traditional Omani kahwa coffee.

Desert Nights Resort: The Property
Set between two 98-ft dunes yet only 7 miles from the main road, the resort strikes a balance that feels almost impossible, which is genuine desert solitude without the sacrifice of comfort. The 55 Bedouin-style tents each include a private lounge, bedroom, and en-suite bathroom, fully air-conditioned and equipped to luxury hotel standard. The property also has six pool villas at its edge.

The Desert Nights Resort Experience
Sunset is the event. a complimentary 4×4 drive carries guests to the top of dune crests when the sun goes down. During the day, quad biking, camel riding, dune bashing, and sandboarding are all activities you can book. Evenings end in the main restaurant followed by drinks under the stars and live Omani musicians playing into the night.
